Over the course of my two decade career, I have developed skills that translate across HQ and Retail leadership through visual merchandising, sales, and floor management. I have consistently demonstrated critical thinking that directly impacts KPI’s in a positive way. I most recently helped a brand expand from 5 to 70 retail stores, increasing sales to over $100M and expanded the company footprint within retail and wholesale installations through:
Clear and direct communication, providing timely and purposeful feedback
Adapting with the changing needs and talent in the business to drive profitability through VM
Managing the visual processes and execution of 70 stores on both the East and West Coasts while educating HQ and Retail employees on proper standards and guidelines
Identifying and promoting talent to increase emphasis on the impact VM has on the individual areas
Working cross functionally within the organization, fostering partnerships through the understanding of the relationship between VM, allocations, store design, styling, and retail to make sure the goal is to drive maximum profitability
My most recent full-time journey was for 6 years at Faherty Brand. I helped build a global brand, expanding a retail fleet of 5 stores to nearly 70. I met the best people, went the most amazing places, and really grew as a leader.
Since 2024 I have been a freelance contractor for Ralph Lauren helping with seasonal installs. In 2025 I added Huckberry, Princeton University, and The North Face to my client list helping with an assortment of different projects.
